Premium Peptides For Research
Frequently asked questions
Are your products for human or animal use?
No. All products sold by Peptide Fusion Au are strictly for laboratory and educational research purposes only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnosis, treatment, prevention of any disease, or any medical or veterinary use.
By purchasing from us, you confirm you are acquiring the products solely for legitimate in vitro or controlled laboratory research.
What does “Research Use Only” (RUO) mean?
“Research Use Only” means the peptides and compounds we supply are intended exclusively for scientific investigation in laboratory settings by qualified researchers. They are not manufactured, tested, or approved as medicines, supplements, or therapeutic agents.
We do not provide dosing instructions, administration guidance, or any claims about physiological effects in humans or animals, as this would be inconsistent with their research-only status.
What purity level are your peptides and do you provide Certificates of Analysis?
Our research-grade peptides are typically ≥98% pure as determined by HPLC. A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is available upon request for each batch.
Purity and quality are important for reliable laboratory results. However, these products are supplied as research chemicals and are not produced under pharmaceutical GMP standards for human use.
What is your refund and returns policy?
We comply fully with Australian Consumer Law. Refunds or replacements are provided only if a product is faulty, damaged during shipping, or incorrectly supplied. Change-of-mind returns are not offered.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with supporting evidence (e.g., photos of damage). Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. For full details, please see our Legal, Shipping & Refund Policy.
How should I store and prepare the peptides for laboratory use?
Please refer to our Handling, Storage & Preparation Guidelines page for general laboratory best practices. In summary:
- Store lyophilized powder in a freezer (–20°C or lower) for long-term stability.
- Allow vials to reach room temperature before opening to avoid moisture.
- Reconstitute gently in an appropriate laboratory solvent and aliquot to minimise freeze-thaw cycles.
These are general guidelines only and do not replace your laboratory’s own safety protocols. All handling must be performed by qualified personnel in a controlled research environment
